Joseph Joseph Duo Easy-Grip Straight Potato and Vegetable Kitchen Peeler, Green

Ok, so it’s just a vegetable peeler right? Well, yes that’s true. But, a vegetable peeler can either be a pleasure to use or a pain in the ( well you get the idea). I have to admit that there have been times that it was just easier to use a paring knife on my vegetables than a peeler. Soooooo, about a month ago I was at my daughter’s house teaching her an old family recipe for vegetable barley soup ( and a darn good soup it is ). We had ALOT of vegetables to peel. I started to use an old peeler that I brought with me and my daughter was using a peeler she took out of her utensil drawer. Guess who was peeling the vegetables cleaner & faster ? It for sure wasn’t me. She told me to try the peeler she was using. It was the Joseph Joseph. It was like night and day. I was very pleasantly surprised at how easy and fast this little peeler worked the vegetables. When the soup was cooking, I grabbed my phone and ordered one of these little gems. I love it! Seriously folks, this peeler is probably the best I have ever used. Key points: it has a really good ergonomic grip so your hands don’t get tired quickly . It peels the vegetables effortlessly and smoothly. It has a stainless steel blade so it would be rust resistant . It’s dishwasher safe. I do want to mention that this is a straight peeler. If you are looking for a julienne peeler, this brand makes a julienne as well. That being said, this is a really good peeler and it’s priced fairly.

The BEST potato/veggie Peeler! Sharp blade & ergonomically great for hand positioning when peeling. I first found this at a local store & purchased it. Tried to buy a second one because I liked it so much but they no longer carried it (Marshall's overstock item). I immediately searched on Amazon & found it so I purchased two because I knew my daughter in law & son liked it when they used it here. Amazing how well this works. I now reach for this, instead of my traditional peeler. Leave it to Joseph and Joseph to reinvent something so traditional and make it better!!!

I can't do without these amazing peelers! Years ago, I found one at Marshall's. I accidentally threw it away with some peelings. I went back and got one more. I panicked when I misplaced one of these, so I went on Amazon and found the green ones.....I bought two! Now, I have a red one and two green ones.

What a great little peeler! It is sharp and easy to use. I like this peeler so much, I ordered multiples so I could have them at the cabin and in the camper.

I had bought one of these last year somewhere else. I bragged about it and had a few others use it. They found that it was easier to use than the usual hand held vegetable peelers. This one takes less flesh off the carrot, cucumber or potato, leaving more for you to eat and not waste as much with the peeling. I liked it enough to buy enough to give as stocking stuffers!

Super! Der Versand dauert zwar lange und entgegen der Vermutung kommt die Ware aus Irland - aber der Schäler ist super. Habe mittlerweile 3 x nachbestellt und auch den Rest der Familie ausgestattet. Klare Empfehlung.
