Lovely product. I have given four stars for the quality of the product, I would have given Five Stars, had I not have discovered that the included sponge applicator, had been used previously. It had been used and then put back into the plastic envelope. I have to admit, I was a little shocked, but more than that, I was disappointed, because everything else was great.

I don’t like this as much as my foundation but I do use it when I am in a hurry

Majority of my make up now is Laura geller! You can't beat it, worth every penny and always looks nice.

I normally use Laura geller baked balance and brighten foundation, which you apply with a brush. It's great but being a woman of a certain age I read that this one was great for tropical moments and stayed on and doesn't budge. So I thought perfect I'll give it a go. I should of read the description properly as you apply this one with a sponge. Pink side is to apply dry and the white you dampen to apply it wet. I tried the pink side. Wow its like I've applied it with a trowel. It sinks into all of my character lines and the colour is very pale. I chose the same colour I usually use in the baked variety but this makes me look deathly pale. So took it all off and tried again. Still not really happy on how it looked, I went out for a walk. By the time I got back the foundation had separated under my eyes and looked awful. I'm gutted as it's not cheap and I can't return it as I've used some of it. Looks like it will be permanently in my drawer. Lesson learnt, I'll stick to my usual foundation.

Good subtle colour, gives a nice finish and feels nice on the skin. Durable, dropped a few times and it hasn't smashed.

Never settles into the fine lines and wrinkles on my middle-aged skin, never clogs my pores and creates a photo finish with great coverage that doesn’t look cakey. It’s a bit pricey but worth it.

I see myself as a medium tone so after reading the reviews I was on the fence on which shade I should try light or medium so I bought both! Amazingly I can use both shades!!! I'll use the light in the winter months when I'm a tad lighter, & the Medium in the summer months! What I really love is the coverage! I have Rosacea with acne, a skin condition that first started in 2016, that said it hasn't gone away & probably never will. The Laura Geller Cosmetics for me has been the best foundation for this skin problem that covers the redness & acne flare ups perfectly without any bad reactions! I first tried the Color Correcting powder foundation & thought that was great, but with flare ups I do have to admit that sometimes you could see just a tiny bit of redness. So after reading the reviews on this formulation, of being heavier-cakey I had to try it! I got it today and immediately tried both shades each on half my face and I love both! The coverage covers all my redness on the first application without any cakiness! I found no need to layer it on! I used it with a dry application with a brush. I don't understand why there were any negative reviews other than they must have put an enormous amount of makeup on B4 they even got to applying the foundation and expect to look natural 😜. I have watched a few of those makeup tutorials online and I'd have to say the majority of them borders on the ridiculous side with the amount of products they apply! Who really does that for an everyday look? Anywho, it works for me! It's the first time since the 1970's that I have found a shade that matches my natural skin tone perfectly & covers all of my imperfections! I only use one poreless primer and wait for it to dry, then brush on this foundation, and Voila, I'm all done & out the door( remember, less is more)!!! I highly recommend this and the seller too because I got it quick, I think within 3 days or could have been less!
