Does this cut thru plastic? Such as Page Protecto rs?

It punches through everything I've tried so far! Including the heavy plastic of report covers and page protectors! This is the best hole punch I have ever used! Well worth the money!

Can these replacement parts work in the CARL XHC-2100N

If you purchased the rp-2100 replacement kit. They do work with the hole punch. The only con is they do not seem as sharp as the originals. They do not cut smaller stacks well.

What are the hole punch measurement from centre hole to centre hole? I need 3.15 inch (80mm)

Mine (I own two of the type shown in the illustration) punch holes spaced 70 mm on-center. They conform to the standard US 2-hole system. The spacing on this model is not adjustable.

Can it punch one hole in a corner of a credit card plastic?

I would think it could easily but the punch is intended for paper and I would guess the plastic would soon dull the edge
