I have been taking these for a few weeks now and I can't say whether or not I will ever buy these again. I haven't noticed much of a difference from these at all. The only difference I've noticed is that I haven't been as bloated or gassy. As for the taste, you can definitely taste the apple cider vinegar in them.To sum it up, I suggest buying a good quality bottle of apple cider vinegar and mixing 3 tablespoons into some water and drinking it once a day which is what I have always done. You will have better results this way vs taking these gummies.

Flavor tasted good no bitter aftertaste however they didn't seem to work at all. Didn't curb appetite nor help with anything that specified. For me since it didn't work, I would not be purchasing again but for some... all I can say is if it worked for you great if not.. try to find something else.
