They are keeping me safe as I am learning pro-wrestling. I have fallen down pretty hard on my knees quite a few times, including the concrete floor outside the ring, and I don't have any bruises where my kneepads are! So, I have to say I love them. I am very happy with the price, not the nicest looking things, but I couldn't care less as they work really well. Size chart seems accurate, definitely measure up before buying.

These pads really enhanced my yoga practice . I have really bad knees and they have made it easier to complete my practice . Softening all the poses which require pressure on the knees. They could have done with being a bit tighter on the thigh.
