We do a fair amount of long road trips. You don't always want to drink coffee or soda because that would involve an additional pit stop along the way. We still wanted to stay alert so when we stopped for gas, thought we would try this gum. Now we buy it by the case and always keep them in the vehicles. It comes in several flavors I have my favorites my husband has his the cinnamon is his favorite. So far we have not had any dental issues with it and it really beats having a cup of coffee. Don't get me wrong I love coffee but this is great to keep yourself alert when you're driving more sitting in a meeting. I do a lot of zoom meetings and this really helps. No one wants to be seen nodding off during a meeting or call. Try the green one too, it's really good.

love the taste of the gum and the caffeine kicks in pretty quick. only downside is the flavor duration, gum looses its flavor after about 5 minutes. Other than that great product for non coffee drinkers for quick energy boos for studying.

Doesn't taste good. Not at all! Plenty of caffeine tho.

Delicious with a quick boost

I accidentally ordered a bumch of cinnomon packs, but it doesn't taste as bad as people say. It's tart but completely tolerable, and the caffeine kicks in pretty quick so goodbye energy drinks.

Love it quick energy pick up and don’t even have to have a cup of coffee

On the one hand, the gum tastes bad. On the other hand, it rapidly loses this bad flavor and then you're left with a tasteless rubbery thing with the wrong texture for chewing gum. If it does really have caffeine, this isn't enough to overcome the sense of weariness and fatigue that comes with chewing absurdly overpriced gum of far lower quality than the cheapest gum available at any grocery store.
