Make sure you reset the unit when you get yours?
After trying for hours to get this camera set up I finally decided to "reset" it (hold the reset button for 10 seconds while powered on). Once I did this I could use the the browser with the ptzoptics.local to access the menu. Perhaps this was a return and it was re-packaged without resetting. VERY FRUSTRAITING especially since this is the 8th camera I bought from PTZOptics. It would get a 5 if not for that.
