My household truly appreciates this product. Started ordering through Amazon because all our local stores stopped carrying it (we live in HI, and it had only been sold here for about 1 year).My daughters & I all have heavy periods. We’re all different sizes with different physical schedules (one plays sports, one is active dancer, etc)… This pad helps to ensure there’s no leakage in unexpected places. Thank goodness Amazon sells it!

I have a very heavy flow and will wear adult diapers to bed, but find them really warm. These are the best over night and daytime heavy flow pads I have ever used! They’re long and very absorbent. I wish the top was slightly wider, but is wider than your average pad.
