Top of the line customer service.
There's stairs are made well. But the thing that really sells it for me is their customer service. I would buy from this company again.

Not very sturdy
Had to replace steps on my 28’ Minnie Winnie. These steps did not just bolt in! Took major modifications and once they were in, they were flimsy and functioned poorly. That’s what I get for trying to save a buck! Bit the bullet and purchased a more expensive set. I had to drill hole in this set so I couldn’t return them.

Steps are inferior! Don't waste your money!
No quality and came damaged in box. Rated for 450 lbs, I'm 300 and when I stepped onto steps they are spongey and drop 3 inches. Feels like a diving board not sturdy at all. Don't waste your money!

Good steps so far wiring diagram incorrect and confusing though
The steps seem to be of good quality so far. The wiring diagram in the included manual was very confusing. I contacted customer service and they were very helpful and responded quickly. If anyone else is having problems wiring this here is the correct wiring.

Worked great after some changes
As with others, I had to make some modifications to make this work, because my camper wasn't set up for these. It wasn't very hard, and aside for that it installed fairly easy. I had an extra fuse in my panel, so I hooked the steps to that fuse. The switch was easy to install, and works flawlessly.

Such a swanky upgrade for us
This is a really nice set of electric RV steps. We have a 2008 Palomino Stamped hybrid that we are renovating and I came across these steps and figured why not? The original steps had been damaged and were really hard to get out - definitely needed to be replaced anyways. I got the 2 step unit since our rig is a little bit elevated due to beefy tires. There was debate over 1 step or 2 - the 2 step won and it was the right choice for us. It was simple to install thanks to the 1st reviewer's helpful wiring diagram photo. The instructions are a bit confusing but Best Bro-in-Law is a wiz at all things RV and had it handled super quick. We did have to run electric to it and drill new holes for mounting as it is wider than our original set. We added a thin piece of scrap aluminum to the floor for extra support since we already had the area all torn apart. The included hardware is nice quality & sturdy - I trust it not to corrode and break on me. We installed the switch just inside the door about 12" from the floor to make it easy to reach before the steps are extended. They are sturdy & feel very stable when using - minimal dip or sway. The motor is quiet and smooth. Very nice set and very happy to have them. A nice swanky upgrade for our older trailer.

POOR QUALITY
The hinges were crooked and shimmed wrong. The stops didn't line up properly and I had to unbolt everything to get everything in line. The bolts are all thread, so the bearing area is threaded, won't last long. The steps deployed no problem, but will not stow unless you help by pushing up on them. I had to cut the bottom step off to get it to stow under it's own power..yes, the batteries had a full charge. Spend the big money and get a name brand step from another source.
