This thing is MASSIVE
Well it does what it says, adapts a 20 amp plug to a 15 amp socket. And it is 12" (slightly more actually). And it is built like a tank. I think in 90% of applications were you need this, it will work great. Unfortunately it did not work in mine. The plug head is so big that it would not fit into the recessed socket box that I needed it for. If your socket sit flush, this should work, but if it is recessed or you have limited depth available, it might be too big.

Nice Little Extension
Does exactly what I need it to do. I plug my air compressor into one of my garage outlets, but I felt like plugging it in and taking it out was eventually going to damage the outlet due to how tight the plug fits. Using this extender solves that problem and the 90° plug suits my situation perfectly. I do wish these came in other colors, however.
