3 set of 10 oz. Bags Tasty Baking Company Tastykake Powdered Sugar Mini Donuts

When you read the item it says 3 sets of the 10oz. bags and it also says number of items is 9. So I was expecting each set had 3 bags, but when I received my items there was only 3 bags of donuts. So I would definitely say that 19.99 for 3 small bags is a rip off!!!
