Why did you pick this product vs others?:This waist trainer offers excellent support and really helps with posture during workouts. The material feels strong and durable. However, it runs a little small, so it was very tight when I first tried it on. After a few wears, it became more comfortable. Overall, a solid product!

Definitely size up or get ur normal size if you’re not too big, like not more than 35 in ur waist for the biggest size. I ordered according to the size chart and it was too small but the quality is amazing and once I lose weight, I’ll probably repurchase.

Great quality. I ordered a small then ended up returning for an XS and now it fits perfectly! Definitely size down from your original size. Love the adjustable straps and how sturdy it is. Will order more styles

Incredibly comfortable and a pretty nude rose shade. Despite the size chart, it's actually "bigger" than a different trainer that I purchased in the same size from the same brand, so it doesn't cinch my waist as much. With that being said, it is longer (no issues with rolling), the zipper is sturdier, and my midsection sweats more consistently. It's comfortable enough to wear on walks or to the office, while the other would just be used for shaping under clothing.

Okay so first off, the stretchiness of the shapewear is kinda minimal so you will have a bit of a hard time putting it on. I recommend getting it a size above so you can put in less effort in putting it on. Second, the quality of the fabric is good and definitely gives you the curve you’re aiming for. It’s tight but comfortable to breathe in. It straightens your back real good so you have to get used to it, but because of that the belly doesn’t pop out when you’re sitting down. It gives a real push up to your chest too! The zipper I was kinda having a hard time with because I was putting in a lot of effort on putting it on but I can tell it works. Overall, the shapewear gives really good support for your posture and body shape while being comfortable and functional throughout the day. Enjoy!!
