I bought this as my first beginner blade to use It took me a few times to figure out how to sharpen it properly but this thing is unbelievable sharp so make sure you pay attention and don't cut yourself just be careful The quality is great The wooden box that it came in is amazing I love this thing

Beautifully designed product, nice and lightweight easy to clean and come sharp and ready to use easy to re-sharpen with leather strap comes with a great carrying case as well

I had high hopes for this product, but unfortunately, it fell short of expectations. Upon arrival, the blade was disappointingly dull, requiring me to invest three hours sharpening it before my first shave. Even after this effort, I found that the blade was still not sharp enough, as it pulled hairs instead of cutting them cleanly.After another hour of work on the edge, it was finally able to shave, but it still lacks the efficiency one would expect from a quality blade. Additionally, I noticed some warping, and the handle was loose, which detracted from the overall usability. I managed to address the handle issue by disassembling it, cleaning the connector, applying Loctite, and re-tightening it, which resolved the problem.The accompanying strop is quite basic, and the brush feels overly stiff, making for a less pleasant experience. Interestingly, the packaging was the standout feature; the box was the most impressive item included in the set.Overall, I am disappointed with this purchase. With significant improvements needed in both the blade quality and the accessories, I cannot recommend this product as it stands.

I have not used the razor but the box that it came in was badly damaged. Like in a previous review, I stated that I rather keep the item than go through the hassle of doing the return since the items where not damaged only the wooden box, which is a shame since it is a nice box to store the items.

Took a little work to debur the blade once polished produced a great shave

I love how this product comes with a sharpening tool so you can sharpen your blade. I currently shave my husband's head (viking style) and I would not have it any other way, it saves so much money compared to buying razors.
