This is a great knife. Blade is thick and heavy, all one piece from the tip to the pummel. And totally sharp as... The finger hole and the addition of the finger notch in the heel of the blade gives you a level of comfort and control that a knife with just a handle cannot compare to. This was a gift and I love it. Shipping was quick. It came with a leather sheath that is nice and substantial, but the knife is so sharp that I have notified the knife cutting through the leather. I foresee many years of using it. Great product.

1-Star Reviews are a joke. These are NOT stainless steel knives. These are made of high quality steel and need to be washed, dried and treaded right after use. Although it is recommended to use mineral oil I use cutting board oil which is food safe right after I wash and dry my knives. Super sharp and cut an olive into 4 slices or cut a chicken bone. Highly recommend and the price is great for what you get.

Got this for my husbands birthday as a kitchen tool as he likes to tinker. He actually loved it which I was pleased. I was worried because you never know with knives.

Absolutely love this knife. Got it over a year ago. Haven't needed to sharpen it once. Only struggles a little just now with tomatoes, but I use it every day almost. So that's not really bad. I have 2 of their knives and they are quality for sure.
