You have a D2B not a COMAND system so probably not..

Will this fit a 2005 s55 amg mercedes?

I think it should... I had it installed in a 2006 S500. the installer said it was plug and play. It took longer to run an cable from the trunk where the antenna is to the front where the new receiver is installed. Good Luck.
