No issues after using daily for months.

April 2026: been a year now that I use this mouse everyday. I'm remote working from home AND gaming with it. It's been literally used everyday and at a very intensive usage (average 8-10hours/day) and it's still going strong. No sign of any wear or malfunction. It's really impressive. I'm very happy of my purchase. I promise to update this review the day it will die! April 2025: I bought the mouse around April 10th 2025. Overall feeling of the mouse is nice. I got the wired white one. It seems sturdy and well made. It looks awesome and weight can be adjusted. I was afraid it would be too big for my small hands and that I couldn't reach well the keys on the side which would have make use uncomfortable. But nop, size is perfect for small hands. I'm coming from a Corsair Scimitar and i was tired of the wheel issue (yes, wheel issues all over again like all my previous Scimitar). Well I'm using the Redragon like if i never swapped mouse. i barely struggle to find the right keys so within a month, I'll be perfectly adjusted to the new key pad. Unfortunately,10 days after purchase, i noticed that the button number 7 on the side was malfunctioning. When you play cozy games, you have time to bother with it but when you play games that requires quick and precise actions, it's really an annoyance. It was sad to be so unlucky to get a defective mouse from factory but that kind of things happen. So i contacted their customer support to see if they would help me. After chatting with a nice representative, it took less than 2 days and barely any arguing to be heard and helped. They sent a replacement asap and told me to recycle the other one (sending it back from Canada would have cost more than half the price of the new mouse so it seemed not fun to have to do that after only 10 days of use). I can say they passed the support test too. They responded quickly, asked only useful informations and listened to what I had to say. Feeling that it's so easy to get help when something under warranty breaks made me confident to buy again from them. When this new mouse will break (hopefully in a couple of years) I'll be than happy to purchase a new one. They seem like a trustworthy and professional brand! I'll edit my review in future when the new mouse will break to let you guys know how long it lasted. For the price, if i can keep it 2 years and a half at least (since i daily use it for work and gaming) then I'll be more than happy with the purchase. That, only time will tell. I still recommend this product to anyone and i hope they never discontinue it!
