This product is a great plant based source of Omega 3. I feel like it helps with my joint pain, I know it's only anecdotal evidence but my joints hurt more when I don't take it.The packaging is nice, keeps the capsules fresh and is easy to open. I order this product every time I run out, so that pretty much says it all.If you have trouble swallowing tablets- these are quite big but also narrow, they didn't take me long to get used to but it's good to know. As flavour goes it has a very very mild, slightly nutty flavour, in my opinion.I also found it's more affordable than a lot of plant based omega 3 supplements!

Excellent flaxseed product. Was buying a different brand from a well known health food shop for double the price, these are even better and easier to swallow and vegan which is great. Quick delivery in postbox friendly container.

After several weeks definitely found my arthritic joints improved.

Have bought these twice now and can definately say it's made a huge difference to my hair and skin. My hair is falling out less and even feels thicker than before. My skin feels smoother and I seem to have less breakouts too. This is a great supplement!

Having had to abandon ground linseed owing to unwelcome gut problems, I decided to try these as an alternative.What a difference: joint pain eased, no digestive mishaps and a very mild sedative action.Linseed also has an unexpected benefit in that it reduces the build up of excess ear wax.Recommended.

Really hard to swallow. Why couldn't they make it smaller?
