I have been taking Acai Berry capsules for the last 2 and a half years and have lost 2 stone, very slowly, but isn't that the best way? I feel Acai Berry capsules have helped me along the way. I changed over to this Brand of Berry a year ago, but they seem to have accelerated my weight loss, so I am full of admiration for them. I also feel great - whether that's down to the weight loss or the Acai, who knows? but I will continue to take them even though I have now reached my ideal weight. I would certainly recommend you give them a go. They are not expensive and imo they work! P.S. I haven't dieted per se, just ate less !!!!!!

Thought I'd give these a try after reading the reviews. Tried them for 4 weeks, taking as prescribed, as I'm dieting and have lost some weight, but I'd reached a plateau and thought these might kick start me again. However, this was not to be ! I think they're rubbish and wouldn't buy them again. I stopped taking them and switched to the 5:2 diet and I've lost another half stone, so I'll be continuing with that and not bothering with any tablets. They don't work so don't waste your money.

Not my usual but ok for the price.
