Quality filtration
An adequate filter speed which is quite easy to fit but not the easiest to remove. Great price for the amount of time that they last. Waterdrop is a quality product really does make our awful water drinkable again

Reasonable price
Bought the filter jug and it taste great. Water is softer and no limescale in the kettle! Very good and sits nicely on the kitchen top

Better than other options
we have been using this in our house for almost two years, very handy and cheaper than Brita. It's not the fastest when it comes to filtering but I guess that's normal so I can't fault them. Water tastes good, we use it for cooking and tea as well. the filter lasts around 3-3,5 months for us (two people in the house).

These are good filters and the fact they last for 3 months is very good, but they are quite expensive to buy.

Ease of fitting new filter
There were clear instructions as how to install the new filter. Quite straightforward and after discarding the first new tank of filtered water as described, the water tasted perfect.
