Best pre workout I’ve tried and great value for money at the price it is at the moment

I’m in 2 minds writing this review. I feel like this pre has given me a really good pump during the workouts I’ve taken it, on my off(training) days it’s definitely suppressing my appetite and making my digestion faster as well, however. My caffeine tolerance is super high - like I work in a coffee roastery high, I’m used to drinking and tasting plenty of coffee throughout the day but since I’ve taken this pre I can not sleep the night through. I’ll go to bed no problem - but I’ll wake up in the middle of the night 3-4 am and can not go back to sleep. The disturbance in my sleep is pretty much the same timeline as me taking this. Really can’t decide if that’s the reason, or the calorie deficit that I also started at the same time.Side note: it can make your digestion HYPER fast if you get me. Not a bad thing but if you’ve got a sensitive stomach, make sure there’s a toilet around you in the following few hours of you taking this.The flavour is 2/10. :( it genuinely makes me gag sometimes so I end up mixing it with stuff. Wish it was sour instead.I think all in all I’ll go back to the regular oxyshred as this seems to be causing quite a bit of a havoc.

Best pre workout I've tried swear by it

I want to start by saying this is an excellent thermogenic supplement no doubt about it. However, I purchased it expecting the pre-workout boost and sensation that typically comes with high-stim products, and unfortunately, it didn’t deliver that effect for me.After doing some research, I noticed that even on the official EHPlabs website, this product is not marketed as a pre-workout, which makes sense given my experience. But on Amazon, it's advertised as one, and that could be misleading for buyers specifically looking for a classic pre-workout experience.I’ll still continue using OxyShred Hardcore as a fat-burning thermogenic, because it does that job very well. But I will now need to purchase a separate pre-workout to get the energy and focus I need for my workouts.Suggestion: Consider updating the product listing to clarify that this is primarily a thermogenic, not a traditional pre-workout. This would help manage expectations better for customers like me.
