Worth it
If you're on the fence about getting this for birth... just do it! So worth it. The pictures- gorgeous. The vibe, the feel- đ¤đź. Doulas and midwives! It's worth it to have this for your client or to rent- 100%. That's what I was able to do through a local doula and I'm SO glad I did! Very well made. The liner fits perfectly so it's not floppy like others. The floor cover is also beautiful!! The placenta bowl is a nice touch and keepsake! 10/10 on all of it.

Stunning đ
This birthpool exceeded my expectations! You can tell it is high quality. It was simple to inflate, and felt so sturdy to labor in. The bottom was padded nicely. The color is *chefs kiss*. I have an older Stanley tumbler that didnât seem to fit in the cup holder but that wasnât an issue for the quick birth. I got the liner and followed the instructions on their Instagram regarding putting it on. We had a little issue with the liner riding up on the sides but nothing like the other reviewer, and no water got inside the actual pool. They have since updated their liners and made them come further down on the sides so donât let that stop you!Overall, super beautiful product and definitely worth it! Highly recommend!

Cheap construction, wonât hold up like other birth pools
The media could not be loaded. Iâve attended 100s of waterbirths and this is the first pool to let us down. Verified purchase from Earthside by client, and on second use it was leaking from many seams. Since the vinyl has no reinforcing structure to it, it could expand past its ideal inflation and bust the seams. I thought it was weird it didnât make a âgetting fullâ sound on the air pump so I believe this is the problem. I told the birth partner to stop inflating, but how would he have known when to stop? All the other quality birth pools have a stronger vinyl with better seams. They donât overfill or overstretch. This is a very cheap pool float type vinyl⌠as pretty as it looks⌠you donât want to deal with deflating pools in labor.

Liner wouldn't stay up
The pool itself was easy to blow up, super comfortable with the bottom cushioning, the seat, we ...However, the liner that goes with it did not stay over the sides. We've blown up pools with liners before, followed the instructions to a tee (filling up air 75% before putting liner on and then filling up rest of air).... the liner was on perfectly but still didn't stay on the sides during labor,so water and everything from birth got inside the actual pool. My midwife was excited to use one of these pools and ended up very disappointed too. She also noted that there wasn't a lot of leaning onto the pool or anything drastic that should've caused the liner to keep slipping off.So basically an expensive pool ruined after one use because the liner wouldn't stay over the sides.

A beautiful low quality birth tub
As a professional doula and birth photographer, I was SO excited to buy this tub for my practice. I've known many many birth tubs to survive 10s of uses without issue. On the third use of this tub (with liners of course), this tub spring an air leak.If you're buying it for your own single use, you'll probably be very happy, but if you intend to use it for your birth business, I don't think I'd recommend it.
