If you are told you are low in iron, this is a great alternative to iron pills that cause constipation. My numbers totally improved, and my doctor was surprised when I told her it wasn't iron supplements but beef liver! You can't really taste them but I don't recommend sticking your nose in the bottle. Pretty happy with this product and I trust the brand after several orders. Six pills daily is the recommended dose, but to save money I only take 2 caps in AM and 2 in the afternoon, and they still helped my lab numbers improve.

I was having problems raising my iron levels to give Plasma so I ordered this a d it worked. Good product

We are on the carnivore (mostly) diet. I feel more energized taking beef liver supplements. There is some flavor but we got used to it over time. We much prefer this to actual liver!

I got these to supplement my animals food! I have 4 on prescription diets that can’t change, and this helps keep them interested in a new flavor without making them sick. I like the capsules because it’s easy to portion the powder for my cat and makes adding it to the food neat and not too unpleasant for me!
