Well I’ve definitely found my absolute favorite extra virgin olive oil. Unfortunately it’s a bit pricey. But, I can promise you this, I don’t care about the price now that I’ve tasted it every day twice a day over the past week. This is THE best tasting olive oil I’ve ever tried and I will DEFINITELY be ordering the two bottles to get that discount. I have tested a few other EVOO’s and none of them has had the perfect balance of smooth flavor, pleasant peppery finish and not overly harsh, and that light and pleasant fresh olive aftertaste. This is definitely an excellent EVOO that you can sip all on its own and it’s actually delicious, not just tolerable for the health benefits. As a cooking oil I’m quite sure this would taste amazing in any recipie that calls for an EVOO. But it would be a pricey option for sure. But if you’re looking for something to sip a shot of a couple times a day for the health benefits, this is definitely the one for me, no doubt. Perfectly smooth fresh taste with a high phenolic content that is certified. Pricey yes, but absolutely worth every penny.

This olive oil is on a completely different level compared to anything I’ve tried before. From the moment you open the bottle, you can tell this is a high-end extra virgin olive oil. What really stands out is the extremely high phenolic content (900+ mg/kg)—which is far above most standard olive oils and packed with powerful antioxidants. You can actually taste it too. I take a shot of this in the morning and it has a signature peppery, slightly bitter finish that high-quality olive oil lovers look for is unmistakable and a sign of its potency. It is so strong that a chaser drink strongly recommended. Also, it’s a single-origin Greek, and completely pure with no additives, which is exactly what I want in a premium oil. It truly enhances everything it touches. And the 16.9oz glass bottle not only looks elegant but also helps protect the oil’s quality and freshness. If you’re serious about quality, health benefits, and authentic Mediterranean flavor, this is absolutely worth it. Highly recommended!

Sometimes you get what you pay for, rarely do you get better... this is definitely one of those times! Yes, it's expensive, but I don't understand complaints about a price being to high when you actually get what was promised & you knew the price when ordering. This one is an early harvest of 2025/2026. It has an extreme bitter taste with a sharp peppery kick... both are excellent indicators of high polyphenols. I was extremely impressed since the date was close to being 12 months after harvest and most polyphenols are lost in that time period indicated by a flat taste (with the absence of bitterness & pepper). Unlike cheaper olive oils (with minimal phyolephenols), you only need a very small amount of this oil (daily) by P.J. KABOS. I rarely use this one for cooking or dressings, not that it wouldn't work, but due to the price, I only use this for a daily shot for health benefits. After just a few days I'm already noticing a difference with both my gut and skin. I've tried many different brands over the last year in the price range between $30 & $60. Recently, my neighbor went to Spain and brought back several bottles of olive oil (all different brands). She gave me 2. While they were good, none of them came close to this brand.

I can taste the high quality, and feel the high phenolic kick ( mild peppery finish, slight burn sensation in the throat ). After a week of taking of this organic olive oil, first thing in the morning, my knee pain has nearly disappeared. Also some skin problems have started to clear up. So far, this is the best high phenolic olive oil that I have tried, and I will be buying more.

I am using as a health supplement. It appears to be working and I will purchase more to complete my personal evaluation. The taste is not bad ( my wife is using it too) and I believe it has help with digestion. It is worth the try and certainly did not hurt to use.

I have to admit that it does taste awful. Just to be clear it is NOT rancid or bad. It is suppose to taste bitter and have a peppery taste in the back of your throat that may make you cough a couple of times. That's when you know that you got the real deal. I have purchased 7 bottles of this so far four for myself and 3 for family members. I had read up on it and all of the health benefits and decided to give it a whirl. I took 2 Tablespoons everyday for 10 days when I realized that I was walking with very little pain. I had suffered a bad injury in my back and hips and down the outside of my thighs. It had been about 3 years since it happened. I tried everything to no avail. There are days that it still bothers me when I have been doing a lot of weight bearing activities but I fair out so much better than I was and recovery time is much quicker. I shared it with my family members who have back, disk, hip and other pain. They took it for about 10 days the same way (2 Tablespoons each day) and both of them could golf all day without pain. I am not saying it is a miracle cure but it sure does make things better. I am on my 3rd bottle now and I will continue to take it for as long as they make it. As far as value for the money I absolutely think it is worth it. It is so much better than any kind of prescription drugs. It is high quality! It is good for so many things, heart, blood sugar, blood pressure and a host of other things. The calories in it are worth it. It helps with satiety and where it helps with blood sugar it keeps me fuller and more satisfied without eating empty calories of junk food and sugar. The real perk of the whole thing is feeling more flexible to be able to walk better. I use to take it for granted that I could walk six miles after being on my feet all day at work and now I am thrilled to just be able to get up and move without a lot of pain.

This is such a great product. The taste is so pure. It is one of the healthiest forms of olive oil and I would highly recommend it for others to try it. It’s rich in color. The taste is very full and has polyphenols in it, which is so important in olive oil has so many health benefits.

I really liked this olive oil. The flavor is rich and fresh with a slightly peppery finish, which I actually enjoyed because it made it taste authentic and high quality. I've also noticed it seems to help with my digestion when I use it regularly. It's definitely more expensive than regular olive oil, but I feel the quality is worth it. I would purchase it again.

We also cook with EVOO. The only alternate fats we use are unsalted butter and cold-pressed coconut oil. I've read a *lot* about this particular oil on the net, it's supposed to be very good for you and you don't use it to cook with, it's more like a morning 'shot' of the best olive oil has to offer you. So here we are, and here it is: a terrific phenolic shot of goodness each day! Worth the money too: what price do you put on your health!
