I like this product I’ve used it for a month now it literally moisturizers it helps fix the damages and dry hair and I suggest you get three or four of them containers cause you never know how long it’s gonna last if it’s ever gonna stay on sale or disappear and it has black Castro oil, and it is very very very good. I highly recommended

Update 2 - I've started using this as a leave-in and it's working great. This past wash, I tried skipping the cholesterol. I don't like how my hair feels two days later. I'm going to go back to using this product as a leave in. My hair feels so much stronger and looks like it grows better. I'm getting the shampoo, too.UPDATE - In my original review, I said that I didn't want to wash the cholesterol out. Well, I did, and it really did help my hair maybe even too much. After my second wash, I felt like my hair went back to the way it was before the corrective and I decided to do another one about three weeks later. I left the cholesterol in longer this time, maybe about 90 minutes. When I washed it out, I started with cool water and then followed up with a warm rinse. My hair felt a little stiff at that point, but I followed up with my leave-in and wow, my hair was so smooth and I feel that the cholesterol made the difference.Original review - I had over and underprocessed relaxed hair, and I wanted to try a cholesterol to help make my hair feel better. I've used Queen Helene in the past, but it started to make my hair dry and brittle and it gave me headaches. I'm not sure what changed, as I used to have great results. I did a corrective on the underprocessed hair today, and then I followed up with this cholesterol under a processing cap. I had it in for about 10 minutes, and I can't believe how good my hair feels. I don't want to wash it out. I almost returned this because I've had so much trouble finding a conditioner that doesn't make my hair hard, but I'm happy I gave it a try.

My main reason for getting this is because of the size. I found many other deep conditioners, but they're always in these very tiny jars that cost 20 bucks, and it's just ridiculous 🙄. This deep conditioner does its job perfectly. I deep condition every two weeks because I'm a straight natural. A straight natural is basically somebody who silk presses their hair every two weeks or flat irons their hair every two weeks. It does leave my hair super soft, and as my curl pattern loosens, it gets even softer and easier to manage. My hair, and since deep conditioning is a must and I'm doing it every two weeks, it makes sense to get something that's cost-effective and will last a long time. I also use a lot of it, or at least I did in the beginning. Now that my hair is way more manageable, I don't have to use nearly as much as I did. My hair is still very, very thick, but it's also super soft, and the deep condition helps my hair to retain its strength, and I'm not getting any breakage. It's perfect. I love the size of the jar, and I like the functionality of the product. It just goes to show you, you don't need to get all the name-brand stuff that costs almost $50 a pop to get the same results.

I purchased this product and I have only used it once. The directions says to leave on hair between 5/7 minutes and rinse out. It left my hair with shine and moisture. I am looking forward to my hair thickness in the future due to the quality of the product. The size of the jar will last for a while. There was no leakage because the jar was sealed with a plastic wrap

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I remember using cholesterol back in the day and I never had any issues with it, so I decided to give this a try based on the reviews. I regret that choice with every fiber of my being because my hair is absolutely wrecked after one application. For months, I've been on a hair health journey, with really good results. My hair was thriving--soft, moisturized, full of sheen. I'm consistent about doing a deep conditioning under a steamer every single week and I used this instead of my regular deep conditioner. Big mistake. Huge. As soon as I applied it, it was almost too thick, to the point where I couldn't detangle with it in like I usually do. I thought that sitting under the steams as I usually do would help but it didn't at all. When I rinsed it out, my hair was not only NOT detangled, but it felt more dry than before I used it. How is it possible that STEAM didn't even help this stuff?? It's been a few days and my hair is in shambles. My hair is a mix of textures, but natural leaning towards the more coarse side of life (3c/4a/4b if I had to guess?) but my curls don't clump, it shrinks up unevenly in spite of using my usual products for wash and go's, it doesn't move, it's lifeless. And it is so far beyond dry, I'm terrified that my ends are just going to break off. It's going to take a lot of deep conditioning (with products I'm familiar with and can trust) to get me back on track. I threw this product in the trash and will NEVER use anything from this manufacturer again. If you value you hair, don't even risk it.
