Good brand! And, I incorporated these but with my daily supplements of vitamin c, zinc, and or vitamin K

Work decent enough. Got for my 12 year old to help focus better in school. His grades improved slightly however the effects wear off after roughly half his school day. He says they taste terrible. We prefer the gummies from this brand.

Very good product

I used to take this supplement everyday and loved it !! It really helped my ability to stay focused & my memory. Plus gave me some energy. With no side effects. When Garden of Life was sold, it was out of stock for at least a year. I was so happy when it became available. But, they have changed the ingredients!! Now I can't take it. It causes me to be light headed, gives me a headache and just a feeling of being unwell. I have no idea what change is causing the side effects? But I am so very disappointed as this was the only supplement of this kind that actually worked , made me feel more energetic and gave me no bad side effects. I wish they would go back to the original ingredients. I am thinking the old ones may have been labeled as for Adults 50+. Not sure about that though. I sure wish I still had one of the old boxes @ container. Maybe I could see exactly what has changed.

Works for me. I just reordered more. Started by taking only 1/day (recommended is 2/day). Noticed a difference - less foggy brain, etc. But nothing substantial. Went up to recommended dosage - 2/day - and definitely a difference. Way less brain fog, seem to remember more. Overall, a great difference and will continue to use. Large pill size, yes, but still able to take both at once with water.

I've noticed gradual cognitive decline, over the last year, or so. Nothing debilitating, but definitely noticeable. After hearing Dr Perlmutter discuss how coffee fruit promotes BDNF, I checked-out a study he had cited. And I decided to give this supplement a try. The very first day that I started taking these, I experienced a distinct return to my old "normal", in terms of the mental acuity I used to enjoy, before the recent decline. Further, I can report that on a recent short vacation, I didn't bring enough supplements, and I experienced a return to the feelings of cognitive decline. Once home, and back on this supplement, the mental sharpness quickly returned. I'm a believer. I take one pill with breakfast, and one with lunch. This has really worked for me. Perhaps, had I not already started noticing cognitive decline, I'd not have noticed any positive effects from taking this.

I'm only a week in and I am so happy with this product! I always go into a new product with a hopeful yet sceptical mind but so far I am elated with the results. I work in healthcare and have had a lot of stress and anxiety lately so my mind has been very scattered. I wanted a natural way of helping my mind be a little more clear and this has been better than I could have hoped for! I feel better overall, more collectively and calmly able to process and remember things better. I read another reviewer's post about the nutritional absorbency but as long as you take it, as directed with food, I have found that there is sufficient absorption time. If your body doesn't need something, it will excrete it (hypothalamus to kidney communication intact of course). If I feel differently after finishing the bottle I will definitely update but so far I am extremely happy!
