Slightly expensive but a good product

Easy to use. Works perfectly. Has vaccum seals on bottom, to keep it in place. Multiple speed settings. Dough hook. No noise, works silently. Definitely worth the price.

Non availability of spare parts like compression spring which is a small part but a crucial one. Very poor customer service . Never going to buy again. My stand mixer is sitting idle for last 15 days now because the company is not responding and not helping. They can't provide any solution neither the siate parts. Shame on you!

Atta kneading is a complicated and tiring task for everyone, and if only we could automate the whole process of chapati making. I know there are a few products in the market where you just add flour and a few more ingredients, and the output is chapatis. But those would cost a fortune and despite of that you don’t get the quality of handmade chapatis, plus the maintenance is a hassle. So, at the very least, I tried to automate the task of kneading with this machine, and so far, it’s going well. We are happy with our purchase, just add flour, salt, water to the bowl and start. In 3-4 mins, atta is ready. Soft click knob with 8 speeds and a minimum speed 4. Perfectly kneads the dough in half the time of manual kneading (tried for normal dough, methi paratha dough, pizza dough) 5. Great addon for baking needs as well, like for preparing batter and whisking cream 6. Quite ample no of vacuum shoes to keep the machine on place (7 nos) 7. You can easily plug it in to 5-amp sockets and cable is quite long and sufficient for kitchen platform usage 8. Transparent cover is a great addon here, as it prevents ingredients from spreading out, and has an opening for easy add on of ingredients without lifting it. Like adding more water to dough while kneading. 9. Its really easy to install/remove hooks or attachments- just move upwards aligning slot and rotate to fix, and rotate and move downwards to detach 10. Brushed finished inside bowl prevents slippage of material and ensures better mixing ➖ CONS 1. Kneading pressure is quite significant and tends to impart sideways load on the bowl and you can actually see bowl struggling to be in place with constant left-right movement. This only happens when atta starts coming together. Now the bowl is attached to bottom plastic zone via locks/slots to secure bowl to base. It always scares me to see that movement, as if the locks would break someday. I am not sure, how much load it can withstand and for how long. 2. Top cover is a separate attachment, and hides body screws. Since it is pressed on to machine via clips, it tends to make some vibration noise during operations. To get rid of the noise, I had removed it and installed it with foams in between cover and body. 3. Operation is slightly noisy and won’t call it out as a silent machine ⚙️ USAGE SCENARIOS Kneading - make sure to start with speed 2 (don’t go beyond 2 or you may damage the machine) and once it mixes and atta starts coming together, reduce speed to minimum | max recommended qty of flour is 600g with 300 ml water Mixing using beater - speed till 4 Whipping - can be done at any speed | max recommended qty is 240ml cream or 10 egg whites 🏆 VERDICT It is a wonderful device, especially for atta kneading and whipping cream, and our heartful thanks to the brands for creating such a device. If only you could extend your budget (P.S. it would be 1.5x to 2x) and get die casted machine, it would be a great from durability perspective, especially when your primary use will be for kneading as the process exerts a lot of sideways pressure and may someday damage the plastic locks to which bowl is fixed. So far my machine is working great and its been months now. Hopefully, it doesnt break and lasts long. It scares me see the sideways movements of bowl during kneading, as if it will break the plastic locks and come out.

It is such an amazing product to use. I bought it so my old mother would no longer have to knead the flour manually, and it has been a big convenience for her. The machine even kneads perfect foldable rotisserie out of difficult-to-knead flours such as Singhara & Kuttu.
