Amazing Supplement, My Hematologist recommended these and they work freak. Easy to digest and they dissolve under the tongue. No bad after taste.

I've tried several brands of iron supplements over the past 1.5 years of trying to increase my ferritin levels (get your ferritin tested instead of iron ladies....my iron was normal but ferritin was very low). This is the first brand that seems to work really well! My ferritin levels increased 12 pts in 6 weeks of taking 1-2 pills per day. Two things to note: I do not hold these under my tongue, because it tastes like you are sucking on a sweetened penny - a really gross metallic taste. But the good news is that absorption seems to be good even if you just swallow the pill. Second thing - since these are made to dissolve under your tongue, they do fall apart a bit in the bottle or a pill case. Just FYI.

This iron is very gentle, I’m super sensitive to supplements and to my surprise this iron was easy to take. Iron metallic taste is super mild, no issues there. I take it with my lipsomal C, I have low ferritin so I’m hoping this’ll raise my numbers. Non constipating no gut issues with this iron. Update- it’s been 4 months and my levels went from 13 to 19, slow increase but still an increase.

Doesn’t taste good

My ferritin went up from 37 to 67 using these every other day for a couple of months. They do cause some constipation but not really the nausea or burning pain (or the weird thirst) like with ferrous sulfate for example. Just FYI, the sublingual aspect of this is just marketing. It is not possible to absorb iron under the tongue! That said, the fact that these dissolve easily is one of the reasons why it's so much easier on the stomach. I dissolve them in my mouth and swallow with liquid

If you’re one of those who’s better off absorbing iron through your mouth (sublingually) because your stomach isn’t doing it, then this is a great solution, in my humble opinion. The reason I like it is because it tastes good, which is pretty amazing for an iron supplement, and it does not make me nauseous ever. I just ordered my second bottle. Even if your stomach/intestines are absorbing iron, this is a super easy tasty non-nauseous way to go. Way more fun than swallowing a pill.

This stuff works excellent for people that have restless leg syndrome. Take it with some vitamin C for better absorption.

I have been using these for years, literally, because I have not needed them all the time. I take them out of the provided container and put them in an Altoids tin, and they last forever. no breaking up in the plastic they come in. This way, when I want them it is easy to open the tin, and take what I want, and they are safe to consume. I finally need to order, as my ferratin levels seem to be going down of late. So glad they are still on the market.
