Parts that break and wear out quickly
I just opened my shop and bought these chairs. 1 day before the opening day of my shop, I had all the new products cleaned to be brighter. But this product is broken. I then used other remedies to fix the broken product and it fixed it. (Iron part)But it got old before using it... It can't be such a simple and cheap product...Also, 1 of them broke in the second or third month. It has become unusable. The other began to yawn. I used it for almost 3-4 months. Definitely not worth my money

Inferior quality
I spoke with someone re returning this item and receiving a refund. I was advised I can dispose of the chair and will be issued a full refund. That was a couple of weeks back and no refund has been received. No trace of it being issued either!

Very comfy just a little damaged when delivered but couldn't bother returning as it was underneath the seat and I needed it ASAP but otherwise from that very good not for a larger person though ima size 14 fit my bum exact if I were bigger i couldn't sit in this chair so I would recommend but look out for the hints I have mentioned

Looks great but not at all comfortable
Very uncomfortable to sit on there is not enough padding and the metal on the edge digs into your legs. It also does not go low enough to get a good seated position
