This was such a delicious treat to our mozzarella and cheese garnished with the pearls balsamic bar. Great taste love the pearls as they pop in your mouth is absolutely delicious.

Truffle is delicious. There was just something about this that wasn't for me. I think I wanted this to be an experience like eating caviar; which is why I brought out some nice cheeses and crackers and a bottle of wine to go with it. It tasted good, but not what I wanted it to be. I think people will enjoy this if they have a different expectation, or maybe if they use it in a dish rather than just eating it plain with crackers and cheese and wine.

These are so good! They totally elevated rotisserie chicken to a gourmet experience. The flavor is perfect.

My daughter raved about how good this product was on a charcuterie board but when it arrived the jar was broken. We reported the problem but were told we weren’t eligible for a refund. Poor customer service and policy.

Lovely, yummy little pearls of foodie joy! I use these to top truffle cheese for a nice antipasto with little truffle crackers and a glass of wine, and to top truffle/truffle oil/truffle cheese pasta dish, and they're delightful!

I wasn’t sure what to expect, so I took a bit on a spoon. It has flavor and is different from anything I have tried before. To give a fair evaluation, I sampled again, and am trying to figure out what this might work with. Tried cracker, cheese, tomato and fresh basil with this sprinkled on top instead of a balsamic drizzle. That proved to be ok. This is something I think more for company and special occasions. I like it ok, and would order again for entertaining.

These balsamic pearls are a fun novelty, but they're also more than a novelty - they're genuinely delicious and beautiful.There is a strong truffle smell when you open the jar, but the truffle taste is perfectly balanced with the sweet-sour balsamic. The pearls themselves are surprisingly sturdy. You really do have to bite down and chew to pop them, which is great because it makes the flavor and sensation last longer. The visual impact of the pearls is also gorgeous - perfectly round, black and shiny.I tried these on a range of cheeses (mozzarella, brie, sharp cheddar, etc.), as well as prosciutto, and it was great on them all! This is definitely a fantastic and unique addition to a charcuterie board, and while it seems like a lot of money for a tiny jar, a little goes a long way.This will definitely be a re-purchase for me. I absolutely love them! If you enjoy good balsamic and trying new things, I'd highly recommend giving them a try.

I was expecting more burst of flavor from these based on their intense smell. Mild lingering truffle flavor in my mouth after but not in the initial eating/chewing. Balsamic flavor is almost non-existent, was expecting/ hoping for intense burst of balsamic. Not terrible but I personally will not get them again.
