Great buy
These are great, a lot more stable than normal ferrules and take a lot of wear and tear so need replacing a lot less. A good idea to twist them ninety degrees periodically as one side does get a little more worn because NO-ONE puts their crutches straight down on the ground when they are being used. An excellent buy.

Best one on sale. Awesome x
I had no idea how to measure my stick for a new ferrule...This looked so good. Oh my stick was smaller. But I had some good tape. So wound it around the end of my stick first.Yes it fitted perfectly. Now it's so good to walk using it. With a new shock absorbing ferrule on my stick.Plus a spare ..that is amazing. thanks Amazon for it coming so quickly xx

Safest Ferrules ever
These are truly amazing Feeeules which do not slip easily on any surface. I am elderly and big at long last I feel secure on these Ferrules. Service was first class, I couldn't wish for better thank you. I have been on crutches for over twenty years and these are truly the best yet.

Sturdy for the cold slippery weather
Bought these for my mu, who wanted some sturdy support for her crutches inthe winter/icy conditions. She seems quite sturdy on these and they were easy to fit for me, though would be a little harder for someone with limited hand-strength/dexterity.

Improved articulation and grip
This ferrule is a improvement on the standard type providing improved articulation and grip. However the ferrule still suffers from a lack of grip in wet conditions, in particular when the crutch is thrust forward, additional grips on the edge (radius) of each shoulder would greatly help.!0 weeks post purchase and the Ferrules are falling apart, the articulation joint is separating from grip.

Had several pairs and they only seem to last for a short while. Last pair didn't even last a day.

Increase stability and grip from a ferrule
Really happy with these. I bought them for holiday and found getting onto the beach possible using these - I sink too much with normal ferrules. On the slick marble floors of the hotel I felt secure walking - no worries about them slipping away from under me. Due to the larger size there is more weight but the added stability was worth the tiny amount of extra weight. Would recommed to anyone that wants to reduce the chance of slipping while walking.Update:- The weak point is the narrower neck between the large base and the bit the fits onto the crutch. I slipped in slightly snowy conditions and the base broke off. I was unable to walk until I fitted new ferrules. For what would be a tiny weight difference I wish they would strengthen this obvious break point since I do like the larger surface area.
