My six year old daughter loves this mat! She's quite active and sometimes makes up her own yoga workouts because that's just how she likes to move her body at times. (Well, yoga, but also bouncing, and soccer, and wrestling, and climbing, and dancing....so this was my attempt to encourage the pursuit of reasonable indoor activities that dont require large or permanent equipment). Be warned, it may contain unadvertised magical powers. The day after she got it, she led me in a 5-minute meditation session which was legitimately quite relaxing. It was also initiated by her rather than prompted by me. I don't know how this mat does it, but I'll take more of that, please and thank you!

The mat was a gift for my 4 year old niece and when we rolled it out it was sticky and a chunk of the mat came out. It’s like the mat was old from sitting or something. The colors were bright and as pictured.
