Absolutely love my table!! The assembly was so easy and convenient, loved how they packaged it. Beautiful table love the color size , chairs are comfy, put the bench easily under table for storage, company comes I just have to pull it out. Very sturdy.

We bought this table set for our Son his family. We were impressed with the quality. My son said it was easy to put it together.

I was searching for a pretty decent dinning set, without breaking the bank. This dinning set was definitely what I was looking for. The sturdiness, size met all expectations and the instructions were pretty simple to follow. However, I’m rating this a 4 because, after assembling it for about 2 or 3 hours, my husband noticed that one of the chairs were wobbly. He disassembled and reassembled again, with hope that it was just not tight enough or not screwed in all the way, but that wasn’t the case. Almost like one of the legs have a defect and or something, which is a bummer. It’s the chair that’s closest to the wall. I’ll just have it there meanwhile. Other than that, I have no other complaints about this beautiful set. I highly recommend this dinning set, especially if shopping on a budget. The quality is AMAZING!

Beautiful set by Ashley furniture. easy to assemble. good thick quality wood. height is perfect for our home. we are a family of 5 so it fit us good.

We desperately needed a new table and chair set. I saw this at a decent price since it looked nice - and it does. Putting it all together isn't bad at all and it does look quite nice in person. The issue is around 6 months after getting it one of the chairs broke. I was moving one to sweep and the top of the back snapped off. No, it didn't come off on accident - it completely snapped. I contacted Amazon who told me to contact Ashley Furniture since it has been more than 30 days since the purchase. I contacted them via the email I was given - no response. Dealt with Amazon again and got transferred all over to their big box section and such. Was told they can't help for the same reason and that the warranty is under Ashley Furniture. I finally got in contact with someone from Ashley who said I needed the serial number for the set. I was at work but got the serial number and such. I called back and s representative (who didn't seem to care at all) said to go to a website, enter the information, and order it myself. It was confirmed it was under warranty. I ordered the part in September. Never got it. I called back in October and they said the part was on back order. It's a piece of a chair. I asked why I wasn't notified and they said their system doesn't do that. They said it should be received by November. Now it's 11/22 and still no part or contact. Do your due diligence and read about the company. They have abysmal ratings online for pulling this stuff. I guess they try to wait out the warranty time and eventually say "sorry, it's out of warranty!" If I don't get the piece by next week I'm contacting my state division for consumer protection and the BBB. I am also quite upset with Amazon for not assisting or advocating for me as a long time customer. Prime customer, no less. If I buy something through this multi-billion dollar corporation and the maker isn't upholding their end of the bargain, they should threaten to drop their products. I will admit the last Amazon rep I dealt with was a very sweet and sympathetic woman. She just said Amazon has gotten much more strict over the years and there was literally nothing she could do.

We have a bigger dining area and want a table big enough for when friends come over. This piece is perfect. No defects on the product when delivered, and the packaging made it so easy to put together. Every piece was organized and labeled. The only downside is you need to use an Allen wrench, so power screw driver couldn't be used. The table feels very sturdy, the chairs are a bit wobbly, but once you sit there is no issue. The wood is a dark cherry hue. We got the table on prime day, so very worth our money. This will last generations.

I really love how comfortable the chairs that benches are, and at first, I thought the table was a little too short, but having kids, it's actually pretty perfect for everyone around. The wood is solid and doesn't feel cheap, it's decently heavy, and easy enough to assemble.

Overall I'd say this set was worth the cost ($400) we paid, but there's a few things you need to look out for. 1) Delivery - As many said, delivery wasn't what you'd expect. Yes, we knew it was coming by freight delivery (XPO in our case). We picked a day for delivery at time of ordering on Amazon, and were informed delivery would take place on the Saturday we picked between 9AM - 9PM. A few days before I received a text message from XPO confirming delivery day and time window and was told a call would be made 30 mins. before arrival. Day of delivery I got an email prior to 6AM that the table was out for delivery. I had early morning plans and was out of the house. They called at 7 AM and showed up after 8 AM... so delivery was prior to the window and the call was 60 mins. prior to arrival. In the end not a huge hassle, but certainly not what they tell you. 2) Damage - Box appeared in good shape, and as you can see from the pictures even the contents inside looked good. It was until you unpack everything that you start to see the issues. All of these defects appear to be manufacturing, such that stain is missing, rough wood was stained over, or damage was stained over. None of this appears to be from shipping... just poor quality control. All told, all four chair backs have damage, and 3 of the 8 chair legs have damage. I'm trying to get this resolved, but Amazon isn't being very helpful yet (1 week+ after delivery). 3) Assembly - Certainly not difficult and each part (table, bench, chair) comes with it's own hardware kit in a red bag attached to the part. Bolts are of decent quality, and include loctite (blue) type adhesive to keep things together (nice touch). Each bag comes with a 4mm allen wrench... you'll have too many of these after this delivery. I'd suggest you get a 4mm adapter for a ratchet and assemble with that vs. the "L" allen wrench. It took me ~2 hours to get every bolt installed after inspecting each piece. Once completed the set is nice enough for the price and feels sturdy. IF things get sorted out then I'll be very happy overall, but right now I'm not thrilled with the damage on all of these parts, or the prospect of having to find a way to ship anything back. Perhaps I can take pieces into Kohl's and test that return shipping from there?

Came very quickly. Could not believe it all came in one box! Assembly took quite a while with arthritic hands, but we saved a lot of money.

I was very disappointed. The chairs and the bench wobble. I would have thought that the quality would have been better ....maybe this is why they are on sale. I can not recommend this item. Luckily my husband is handy and will solve the issue or I would be shipping it back.

The material of "leather " is nice. the wood looks nice. However one chair broke just by falling over lightly ( 3 yr old kid ) so were already down 1 chair less than 3 months in. There is also a couple noticeable scratches already that I will touch up with furniture marker. The back of the chairs collect dust and need wiping regularly. For that reason I give it 3 stars. Glad I bought it on sale!
