Cinnamon-great blood sugar regulation!
Capsules are easy to swallow. Helps lower my blood sugar. Taste good. Good quality and value for your money.

Relatively good price
I take this for brain fog. I can't prove it works, but it seems to work for me. After taking it for quite a while I did feel some kidney discomfort. I guess to much cinnamon is bad for your kidneys.

Seem to work well
Im I think these lowered my sugar too much actually. I donโt have any sugar issues, except that I exercise often and that can lead to it going down. Taking two of these caused my sugar to drop in excess. So I gave them to my dad who does have high sugar. Not sure if they made a difference for him, but based on my experience they were effective for metabolism. I did crack it open and try it. Itโs not spicy. Itโs sweet tasting, and mild, no burn, no bathroom issues.

no bad taste
tried theses when my normal brand was not available . not had blood done but previous brand helped blood sugar level. pushed up just over normal by other meds
