Can’t use it
All button choices, user manual and safety stickers are written in Chinese and the plug is not UK standard. Waited ages and now I can’t understand or use it and to top it all, I have to pay for it shipping back to China and won’t get a refund until they receive it.

Worse thing I’ve every bought
Excited when it arrived. All in Chinese. Display and instructions. Doesn’t dispense cold water. Doesn’t dispense hot water. Load of rubbish !!Requested English instructions no response from seller. used a translator so all set up ok…..still warm water comes out.
