Passed Inspection
Took the truck in for inspection, but it failed because the OBD2 port was not mounted under the dash. The original mount was broken and it seems impossible to get a new one. This pigtail came with the mount! So it is plugged into the old one mounted with the old tied up under the dash.

Worked like a champ!!
I couldn't get my car to pass inspection because my ODB reader wasn't attached to anything. Just hanging underneath the dash. I couldn't find the part to get it secured properly, so I purchased this and then secured it by screwing it to the underside of the dash near the hood release lever. Nice and secure now, and passed inspections.

It Does What Its Suppose To Do
The OBD connector came loose from the bottom of my dashboard and it wouldn't pass emissions test, just because it was loose. So I got this to connect to the connector, and use the integrated bracket to bolt it on to the dashboard. It passed! It does not come with any bolt/screws so you have to get your own.
