To be honest, I am quite surprised by the quality of the bench. Thought it would be just another flimsy thing, but it's quite sturdy. Easy to install, lightweight and easy to put up/down. Nice compact size, can easily be stored away. It's a win in my books.

A very effective and cost effective weights bench. Was very easy to assemble and all parts are very sturdy and fited well. It also folds up nicely for convenient storage.

This is an excellent workout bench, which we bought for our 14 year old son. He absolutely loves it. It's compact when folded down, and he says it's super comfortable. It's an easy bench to put together, and to adjust when using. It folds down to a neat size for storage when not in use. It comes with some workout straps too, which was a nice surprise. A really good buy.

Perfect for what I wanted not to big folds lovely to store when not in use light to lift and move around yet strong and sturdy very comfy to use lovely padded cushioned and foam sets for legs and love the amount of positions/ degrees available for different workouts is very handy also comes with two pins to ensure it doesn’t fold/ collapse when in use but honestly this doesn’t go anywhere when in use very safe reliable and strong weight bench to have and use for home gym perfect very happy with this Bench!!

Easy to put together but this also makes it very easy to put together incorrectly! For anyone who doesn't want to try and follow the instructions on the little picture booklet, the feet can go at either end, you need the four bolts with the knuts and washers attached for these, two on each one. They're very easy to put in the wrong way around and won't fit if you do this. The rounded ends of the feet go towards the machine with the slightly depressed ones having the square head of the bolt inserted through them and the knuts and washers on the other side. Little pin goes through the hole at the front of the seat and the longer one the back. If you prefer you can try and find proper bolts for these ones as they're designed this way for ease of folding and will need to be checked for safety probably during your workout if you're especially active! The foamy bits are pretty self explanatory, as is the single black knob that's attached just under the foamy bit that needs attaching with a bolt at the front of the seat.

First things first; this light unit arrives mostly assembled. The only things you have to attach is the feet and the the front pads. How on earth people are getting confused by instructions is rather worrying; it's not complicated in the slightest. Secondly, the bench itself? Light as a feather but feels very sturdy, can pick it up and move it around like its nothing; the mobility is aces. If after you unfold it, then sit on it and there's a slight hitch? That's just it folding out completely under your weight. After that it's all good, solid and dependable. Folding it up takes under 20 seconds, easy. Why people think it's a hassle to fold I have no idea. My only complaint is very minor; This was designed to be stored flat on the ground. Due to the folding mechanism you're going to find it swinging at the joints and thus certain parts of the frame hits itself if you try and stand it against a wall. However a very simple solution to that; throw a strap a Velcro around the swinging parts and boom; problem solved. Would definitely recommend it.

I had to leave a review as I felt like it was needed as I've had to give up my gym membership due to having a baby, and this bench has been waaay better than I expected. I've got a couple of sets of dumbbells and needed a bench to do incline press and somewhere to rest my legs for Bulgarian split squats on. This bench is so easy to put up and store away, I'm very pleased with it and would highly recommend if you're thinking about working out from home more then give it a go. It's probably slightly shorter on the back rest than your typical gym bench but I'm just above average height in UK and it's fine for me, even if you need to do skull crushers just adjust where your seating position is and it's fine. I was worried that my other half would get angry due to it taking up room but it's foldable and tucks away nicely! Bench is sturdy and seems durable although only had it couple of months. Well worth the buy! 5 stars all round!

Pros : bench is solid, can provide a good working range - from perfectly flat to assorted back support positions. It is also at the right height off the ground - main attraction for me.. Although unlike other benches the support under the femur does not move at all when back support in the declined positions. Cons : Not the best or most convenient foldaway design. The two pins and reinforced knob (in photo) have to be removed to collapse the unit. The pins could be reinserted loose and a place found for the knob on the unit but it's messy. Never came across such a setup before, and it would not have cost much more to get it right. Height of collapsed folded unit is 25.5cm, which some might struggle to stowaway under a bed for example. If being stored folded upright it has to be leant against something as in 2 in the photo otherwise the hinge will move as in 3, as the lengths of the two halves is different. If fully stretched out it cannot lie completely flat as seen in 1 above. Because the upper leg support remains flat when the back support is in the declined position(s), that is suboptimal for the lower back and could cause injury as the posterior chain is not properly aligned. These cons to me make it overpriced for what it is. Not worth keeping - too many deficiencies.

Super easy to put together, seems sturdy enough. I’m 5’3 and 117 pounds. This probably wouldn’t be suitable for a really big person, but if absolutely perfect for my home gym. For size reference I have included a picture of the bench with my 14# cat. Doesn’t take up a lot of space, and it’s easy to move around. This is going to elevate my workouts when I can’t get to the gym.
