Good quality product.

Sturdy and durable

Excellent produce been using for around 2 years now, very happy with the product

Positives - looks good, folds easily, has rubber stoppers on the legs which prevents the ladder from sliding or making a screeching noise while shifting. Negative - the steps are made of plastic and dont feel very sturdy. You have to climb on it carefully and often it feels like it will crack.

Very heavy and sturdy product

The product is poorly built and highly disappointing for an Asian Paints brand. 1) thw six step ladder is extremely unstable and therefore unsafe for the height 2) The steps are made of plastic which is not mentioned anywhere in the product description making it further unstable 3) every consequent step is almost half the depth of the previous step which means you cannot climb with your feet straight. You have t keep your feet at an angle to be able to climb 4) thw steps do not open up flat - They are at a slight sloping position making it quite scary along with thw above two negatives 5) the overall product is therefore unstable and unsafe for use and the product is not returnable nor does Amazon allow for an exchange with another product even though I am willing to pay thw price discount difference All is all, a very poor product for the cost, not returnable or exchange and just a waste of money and it’s lying in my junk storage now as I have no use for it.

Very good for home

The ladder is of sufficient height and metal quality is high but steps feel flimsy and doesn't inspire confidence, it's pretty stable, but weight is on the higher side.
