Sonlipo = Happy Plants!
I purchased two (2) SPF2000 when they were first made available. I only grow 4-5 plants at a time & needed to upgrade & replace my purple light emitting units. I had always considered the 'open' type LED light fixtures as 'Professional' & not suitable to my needs. I was wrong. They are good for everyone. Once you think about it, the 'open' type, makes more sense. More light penetrates to inner buds better. After germinating, I placed 5 seedlings, one each in a 5 gallon cloth container, under these two light units along with my Sonlipo SPB2000 (No longer available) purchased a year ago to control the lights. My seedlings look very happy & I am too. The price was very appealing, no 'purple light' washing room, no fan-no noise, much less heat. Features include off/on, one each veg & bloom off/on switches. The one thing I don't like is no UV diodes. I have read where some claim this is not important or needed, but I like UV. Even so, I am definitely a happy fun filled Sonlipo customer. I had several times emailed Sonlipo for some help & they are happy to respond. I had found a 'Congratulations - You are a winner!' card in the box when I received my lights. Sonlipo sent me a beautiful 'smoking set' worth @ $40.00! Give them a try. Grab some SPF2000's before prices go up as inflation right now is terrible. Good luck & have fun!UPDATE: I just received my 3rd SPF2000 LED light unit. My plants look so good this time I felt another unit will produce bigger buds. Sonlipo is producing high quality LED light units for a very reasonable price. Check them out.Sept.2022 - Just had a real nice grow with my Sonlipo SPF2000 LED light units. I am very happy with the results of my 5 different strains. These lights work very well for nice tight big buds. The original cost & the operating costs were much lower than other 'high priced' LED units the same size. Happy growing!

Very satisfied so far
I was very please with the product when I opened the box I just received it today 9/21/2023. I have previously purchased the SPC 2500. This one I got is the SPF2000. I am using them presently to grow cacti. I have been extremely pleased with the spc-2500 and I have had it for nearly two years. At least that's my memory of it. I have had it running 18 hours a day 7 days a week ever since I purchased that one. It has not failed me. I am very pleased with the construction of both models. Actually the SPF 2000 seems like it might even be more sturdy than the SPC 2500. But the SPC 2500 is extremely durable very well made. I was also not paying attention when I ordered the SPF 2000 I did not notice it actually has an extra Bloom switch there's a bloom 1 and a bloom 2. This gives you even more control over what light you're providing for your plants. I have not grown any cannabis with the light but I'm sure it would do very well. I think if I was going to grow cannabis in a 4x4 tent I would go with the SPF 3000 or the SPS 4000 for a 4x4 tent. I think it would do a phenomenal job. These lights are really good. I see people complaining about having had failures early on. All I can say about that is no matter what brand of product you buy and no matter what product you buy there's probably going to be some that are bad that have faults. I don't know what the policy Sonlipo is on these defective products but mine have not been defective. I can't say much about the SPF 2000 because I just got it today and just hung it in the tent but it is looking good. I would have got another SPC 2500 but I just didn't have the money right now. I love that light. The SPC models have a dimmer switch on it which the SPF models don't. I really believe these lights are superior to the competition out there. I think they're better than the quantum boards. I did hook a meter up to the light to test the wattage draw. The veg was 103watts and each of the balloon settings by themselves we're 53 Watts, and as to be expected all three of them together was 209watts. I don't have the kind of light meter to test the usable light by the plants all I can say is the light is putting out enough light for what I needed to do. The SPC 2500 which I have had for a couple of years has produced really good growth with my cacti and many flowers and many fruits and seeds from them. I have no complaints. I hope people do their homework and compare the spectrum that these lights provide to the competition. The competition for the most part doesn't come close.

Stopped working after 7 months
The customer service is awful. I have both SPF6000 Pro and the Spf4000 pro. They both run hot increasing the temperature in the tent. The lights are hot to the touch on the housing near the control panels. The SPF6000 Pro quit turning on after 7 months. It was used on 12 hour cycles. The 4000 arrived damaged and we had to get a replacement. Reached out to the company because originally the site said 1 year limited warranty. The customer service was not helpful and gave bad resolutions. They offered either: mailing us a new control panel, sending a spf2000 pro, or giving us 50% of a new SPF 6000. The way to get 50% off is to buy it full price first and then contact them for a refund. Responses from them take forever so not waiting for a refund. Then they changed their minds about mailing the control panel from China because they said because of logistics and it being small. Do your research. I recommend do NOT BUY from this company.

Quality light excellent value 400 w
First of all I just want to say that I purchased an SPF 2000 about a year ago. Figured I'd give it a shot, great price very affordable. I haven't had a single issue with it, works great and the pppf meter on my phone says it operates at about 600 to 700 at around 12 in.Flash Forward a year and I have two lights burn out. Old blurples I bought used LOLSo I got to look in a little bigger and really got time to read the reviews. I've never had an issue, but apparently those who have said the customer service is excellent. Pretty much overall reviews are great. So went ahead and got the SPF 4000. It just arrived today and my phone is reading right around 1050 pppf at 12 in. I am a complete amateur and so I don't know how to use any of the other meters. But I'm going to presume that this light is going to be every bit as quality as my 2000.
