Seems ok
I can definitely tell that this has helped curb my appetite. I’m a snacker and still find myself reaching for something to munch on, but only out if habit. I’m getting better though. I was hoping to see this help with my focus and improve my sleep (as I’m writing this review at 4:00am) still waiting for that to kick in. Minimal side effects, definitely best to take with food as directed. Overall, hoping to see how this helps my lab work in January. I’ll update my review then, but for now giving it 4-stars.

I have tried berberine supplements before and prefer this supplement due to its efficacy and improved results. I have noted a weight reduction and decrease cravings since staring berberine supplement. I like that it is GMP certified and there are a variety of other valuable ingredients. I have been able to reduce my other supplement intake due to the versatility of this one pill. Of note, I have been taking 1 pill 2x/day for 2 months. I am going to increase to 2 pills in AM and 1 in PM to see if I feel more results in my joint inflammation ( 3 knee surgeries.) Update2 months post. I did not notice a change after increasing dosage. I ordered a new bottle and the pills were a different color and had a different scent to it. Concerned about product consistency.
