I have been trying to get pregnant and did get pregnant while using these. These are the best quality folic acid supplements I've tried and definitely kept my levels up throughout pregnancy and beyond.

So far, really impressed. I was skeptical regarding the reports of how quickly effects are experienced when taking 5-MTHF and the dosing information I was able to find did not feel reliable. However, starting with 400mcg daily (first thing in the am) gave me quite a boost within 4 hrs of ingestion and the effects lasted for 10hrs. I would caution not taking it in the pm as I found taking it later in the day to interfere with sleep.
