So far, really impressed.I was skeptical regarding the reports of how quickly effects are experienced when taking 5-MTHF and the dosing information I was able to find did not feel reliable. However, starting with 400mcg daily (first thing in the am) gave me quite a boost within 4 hrs of ingestion and the effects lasted for 10hrs. I would caution not taking it in the pm as I found taking it later in the day to interfere with sleep.
