Great coffee alternative
I am unable to drink coffee due to allergies but this definitely fills the gap. It has a nice roasted taste and goes well with milk or sugar or just on its own. Could do with a bigger jar but I'm not complaining! Worth trying if you can't drink coffee.

Delicious.
Scrummy alternative to coffee. Rich earthy flavour that to me is very coffee-like. Not as complex as the real deal, but a pleasant facsimile. I like it black or with a little xylitol and milk. I also use it to turn vanilla ice-cream into 'coffee' ice-cream by dissolving some of the powder in a few drops of water and then mixing it in.I store the whole jar as-is inside a Ziploc bag with the air pressed out, which stops the contents from hardening. Works for several months, but the powder will eventually go hard unless it's used up quickly enough.

Contents went hard
I had half of the bottle left, when the powder went really hard and I couldn't get any out. I always replace the cap tightly. Had to throw it away.

This coffee substitute does the work. Easy and convenient for the one who thinks he could profit for chicory healthwise or otherwise.Chicory root also appears to have long-term potential health benefits. From its history as a beverage: "Chicory was first roasted and used in coffee in Holland around the year 1750. In a short period of time, it became a popular replacement for coffee." (Coffee Wiki)

A good alternative to coffee

I love this
Is not intended to taste like a strong coffee but the taste is better, like a mellow blend with cocoa notes.
