I don't smoke nor do anything that would require me to buy this item, but having recently taken up running, I've noticed something. When I exert myself, I get a feeling of congestion and I have to blow my nose and swallowing feels a bit harder. THAT'S why I bought this. I used it and I don't know if it was my body getting used to the exercise or these drops, but I felt I could breathe better. I continue to buy this when I run out, not for the probable effectiveness, but because I LOVE the taste. It has this grassy, tea like taste that I simply cannot find anywhere else.
