The heated rollers had no thermostatic controls and overheated to such an extent that the clips fused together.I bought them for my wife to take to a wedding some 200 miles from home so she could do her hair for the wedding day, could not use them and no way of buying any new ones.A total disaster one of those times when apologies just don’t do it.Be very careful when using this product.

Perfect finish in minutes.
Well worth the investment. My last set of Carmen rollers have lasted over twenty years and I am only replacing them because the rollers are falling apart. These are a vast improvement. They heat up in five minutes and the rollers and clips are very gentle on your hair.
