'For the price' this is amazing
Did a fully rebuild of an old 90's mtb for my daughter. Repainted the frame and thought man, we should upgrade the groupset.Bought this and can say for sure it was worth it in this case. New chain, shifter, cassette and deraileur all work great. Warning that you do need housing, I had some spare bulk. The deraileur is all plastic and likely would not stand up to a real mtb rider shredin the gnar. But for my daughter who does ride mtb trails, it's workin out great. The shifter is crisp, but possibly a bit harder than it should be to shift. I'm using jagwire housing and don't have any sharp bends, so it's not cable tension related. It is definitely functional without being too obnoxious. The chain was clean, but I did a mineral spirit bath and waxed it. Working very well. I did shorten it to the correct length after the picture was taken. It was taken right after we were done re-assembling after the rebuild. You'll notice in the picture the chainring is small. I grossly underestimated the range of the cassette. 30T is hilariously too small. Daughter doesn't mind b/c in granny gear she can literally climb a tree. Prob go with a 36-38T, of which I have on order.Overall, it works well and shifts nicely. I would buy it again for this use case. I'm not sure I'd put it on a more seriously mtb rider's setup though.

Good enough for who it’s for
Used for a kids 1x 10 conversion. Works well. Shifter is different than shimano, but works fine.

The perfect budget upgrade groupset
The 1x10 L-Twoo A7 groupset is a bang for your buck groupset. The groupset arrives as shown (you'll need a 1x crankset or chain ring). The groupset shifts as it should. It works well on my 2015 GT Backwoods 27.5 MTB.

DOES NOT adjust well. Not able to use all 10 gears. Waste of money.
Update: After 6 months of use and severe frustration with the shift pattern, the shifter, and the derailleur had to be replaced with a Shimano Deore set. This solved all the shifting issues. I replaced the shifter alone first with no resolve, then the derailleur. This finally fixed it. It shifts like a dream now. I will eventually replace the cassette as well, but this will be further down the line. ultimately, don't buy this. It is not worth the headache to just replace it all anyway.Original: This has been on the bike for the last few months and it is definitely not the greatest there is. The construction is great. It is solid, well-built, and very sturdy. It installed easily enough, but was very difficult to get the shift points correct. Initially, I was able to get away with a little bit of drivetrain noise between 1st and 2nd with all the gears shifting correctly. But after a few weeks, it will no longer go through all 10 gears. No matter how much time I spend on adjustments, I only get 9 usable gears. I either get 1-8 and 10, or I get 1 and 3-10. Never 1-10 With the small difference between 9 and 10, I decided to go with 1-8 and 10. I don't which part to blame for the lack of the 10th gear, but it honestly seems like I just need a tad bit more space between the two largest cogs to make an accurate shift. If I cannot figure this out, I will eventually be swapping to a full Shimano Deore drivetrain. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this groupset to anybody based on the lack of usable gears.

Great price, easy to replace old cassette for owner\novice repairman!
Great product that arrived in 5 days even though said would arrive in 9-11 days when ordered.Fit nicely on my old Cannondale with sunrace 8 speed cassette. I changed from 3x8 to 1x10 to update and simplify gearing. Mostly cause jealous of riding partners newer bikes. Much cheaper than buying new bike and seems to be performing like new now. You will need a few tools to remove cassette and to cut and crimp brake and shifting cables but straightforward process. I replaced brake levers as the old shimano components were integrated and no longer needed front shifter. The 11-50 tooth gears are identical to 11 or 12 speed cassettes at half the cost!I look forward to taking on some trails and seeing how performs. Will update post if gears wear quickly. Bike was used as daily commuter for first year and had to replace factory Shimano rear casette and chain so don't expect issues.Very happy with buy. Thanks!!!

Great drivetrain for the price.
I have been trail riding for several weeks now with this drivetrain setup (11-50t cassette/derailleur) on my trek Marlin 5 and haven’t had a single hiccup with it. Easy to install, easy to dial in. Despite the lack of a clutch I haven’t had a single chain derailment. Everything has performed flawlessly.

Extremely good quality.
Everything about this set of gears is perfect, the derailleur is perfect. I never had a chance to install the thing on a bike and rike it but the parts are of the utmost quality. Perfect for a fat tire bike or a motorized bicycle.
