I bought this particular ball specifically because it uses a pump to inflate rather than a straw. Gross. It’s a nice little ball—if you want it to be larger or smaller, just inflate it more or less. I use it for one of my post-hip replacement PT exercises. The ball is perfect—soft and squeezable, no smell, reasonable price. I don’t know why the Chinese insist on putting a big ugly logo on everything, but whatever….

I bought a second one because my mother took the first one. It does not come with a cap but it retains air pretty well. However, it gets deflated a little after a week. This does not bother me since it is easy to put air back with a pump that came with the ball. Plus, for the neck exercise, it needs to be soft and deflated anyway. They use a similar ball at my physical therapy place. The ball does not smell chemical like the other ball that I returned on Amazon. Minus one star because if you need it fully inflated, you may have to pump air more often :-)

Wonderful little ball, so far it is holding up and I am very happy with it. I use it in a few of my physical therapy workouts and would recommend to others. I'm recovering from a ruptured disc that effects the static nerve and my Physical Therapist recommends using one of these kind of balls to help strengthen my legs and hips by squeezing the ball between my knees while laying on my back with knees bent. I do these at home now along with other exercises learned from pt. They help and like I said this ball holds up very well so far.

Disappointed. Product did not come in and box. Just bagged. Pump was cracked and was missing one of 2 pump needles. It looked as if the product had previously been used, returned then reshipped without any product return oversight.

Perfect size for my legs and perfect air pressure for my seated hip adduction ball squeeze exercise which was what I wanted it for. A pillow did not work as well. The air pressure pump worked well. The ball pump needle was included. The exercise ball was ready for me to use in a short amount of time. 🙂

I purchased this ball as a back-up to a more expensive one I use. This ball is now my go-to exercise ball. It is SUPER easy to inflate; it seals up immediately when the included pump is withdrawn. My other ball has a stopper I need to replace and all the while I am losing air. Also it has kept the air better than my other ball too. I highly recommend this ball - I am extremely pleased with my purchase!!
