The perfect substitute for sugar. Tastes just like sugar, zero calories per serving, no nasty aftertaste, and it's diabetic safe. There's no reason to use sugar anymore with erythritol and allulose around. Safe yourself from artificial sweeteners that taste like a horse's arse. Buy some of this.

I love it - use a mixture of 4 cups Allu;ose + 3 cups Erythritol + 2 tbsp Stevia powder for a very sood substitute for sugar without the blood sugar hikes - tastes like sugar and works the same in most recipes.

Just Great !!

Its healthier than regular sugar, I use it as part of blend to make confectionery sweetener.

I am diabetic so I use artificial sweeteners for coffee, tea, ceareal, etc. I complement this product with Monk Fruit Extract. It compliments erythritol and leaves little after taste. I believe it is safer for your brain than Sucralose. Teaspoon for teaspoon it measures about the same as sugar. The only issue is it doesn't dissolve as well as sugar, so your limited as to how much you can dissolve in your drink without having crystals settling to the bottom. Sprinkling it on top of food is a little crunchy so I don't use it for that unless a crunchy topping is what I'm looking for. I would definitely recommend it for people that are looking for another alternative from other non-natural sweeteners. Erythritol is a natural product often made from corn or peaches. The packaging is excellent also. I buy the 5 lb bag and use it for at least 2 months so I open and close the ziploc seal many times. I have also replaced alot of sugar in baking recipes.

Good value for money, no aftertaste, and bakes well. I mix it with a bit of stevia to make the sweetness closer to that of sugar. It works for cereal and juice etc. as long as the erythritol is blended to make it powdered beforehand. That is very important! Otherwise it will not dissolve in cold food/liquids. I blend it in large batches and store it in jars. Worth it since it's such a good deal.

They improve the package and that is an A+ to me! Awesome!!!
