I used it for my hair, it's moisturising my low porosity curly dry hair very well it provides very much shine and moisture, as i have dandruff issues i tried this mct oil its very light weight and doesn't cause dandruff

Helps you to get into ketosis, if you are new to using mct oil start slow as it can trigger diarrhoea in some people. Apply to hair if you have dandruff or sebderm it will kill malasezzia fungus

Unhygienic bottle
The oil itself might have been ok from the looks of it, but their bottling plant seems to be unhygienic. There was a dead bug lying at the bottom of the oil bottle. I had to discard the whole bottle. Fortunately, Amazon offered a refund after I raised an issue.
