First time using this product. I am now 30 days in and am very happy with the results. I will not be going back to the pills I had been using for the past year. So happy to have found these. Taking it to the next level!

I started taking caffeine pills a while back. I think this product can really help offset that, especially if I take it at night before going to bed.

I’m new to L-theanine, but I have to say that I’m impressed with the calming effects after two weeks of daily use, so I will be ordering more. Reportedly, there are cognitive benefits as well, but it’s probably too soon to expect that.Primal is a trusted brand, and I like that Primal L-Theanine is third-party tested, and both GMP and non-GMO certified. Those quality assurances are important to me. My bottle, however, has a fairly short date. I’ll be able to use them in time, but I’d have preferred a greater safety window, so minus one star for that. The medium-sized capsules are easy for me to swallow.The current price is pretty much in the middle of the pack for competing products, so it seems like a good value. I wish I’d known about the benefits of L-theanine sooner.

This seems to be a good quality Theanine so far.- Capsules are easy to swallow- No odd aftertaste or ill effects- Price/Value is very good- Label claims GMP cert and claims 3rd party lab tested (however I haven't seen the COA yet)I haven't had any problem taking these, but I'm only giving 4 stars for now until I have a chance to view a COA from the company for this product. If/when I receive that, I'll revise my review accordingly.
