My Everyday Stress Relief!
I can’t rave enough about this back and neck massager! The moment I switched it on, I felt the tension just melt away. The shiatsu massage nodes are perfectly placed to hit all the right spots, and the added heat function gives it that spa-like warmth that makes it feel just like a professional massage. What truly makes this a standout for me is how versatile it is. I’ve used it on my neck, back, shoulders—even my legs after a long day. The adjustable straps make it super easy to attach to my office chair, favorite spot on the couch, or even in the car. Whether I'm working from home or on a road trip, I’ve got instant relief at my fingertips. It’s powerful but never too rough, and the quality is excellent—solid, reliable, and well-made. This little device has honestly changed the way I manage daily stress and back pain. I even bought one as a Christmas gift for my parents, and they’re hooked too!

extremely amazing and relieving
I only write reviews for horrible products to warn people, or very great products to make sure other people get to enjoy them. This is very clearly the latter. I took it out of the box, plugged it in, and began using it with only a quick glance at the instruction booklet. It is very intuitive and ergonomic. I have been using it for the past four hours off and on, and I really needed it this week after working out more than normal. I also work at a desk, so my back and shoulder pain can be debilitating to the point of distraction sometimes. I can already tell this thing is going to be my best friend. Hopefully, it stays working for a long time! Will update review in a couple months if anything goes wrong mechanically. Overall, I love this thing and if you have chronic pain, you should definitely consider adding this to your treatment plan! **Notes** * If you put too much pressure on it, the wheels do slow down as other reviews have mentioned, but I think you'd have to push on it very hard to make them stop completely. Just find extra support like a pillow to tuck behind your back to help you not push too hard if you find it running too slow. * There are 3 heat settings. The hottest setting is definitely hot, but it takes a few cycles to get it really heated up. I think cycles last 10-15 mins, and it took me about 3 cycles at the hottest setting to get it to my ideal temp (almost burning lol). Obviously, you can turn it down if you don't want it so hot. *The massage wheels are very strong. I love a deep tissue massage, but some people might find this to be too strong without additional support. Just like my note above, you can add a pillow above or below this massager while resting against a chair in order to not press too hard, and therefore control the pressure of the wheels.

? quality and design
Addendum.... I should add that shortly after I wrote my, what was a 2 star, review, the company reached out to offer an apology and a full refund. I gladly accepted and was happy that no hoop jumping was required on my part. Origional Review: I've used this massager less than 10 times over 33 days before it started to make random a horrible clicking/grinding noise. The only way to get it to stop is to shift to a different position that is either less comfortable or greatly reduces the pressure and effectiveness of the massage. I'd like to return this piece of junk for a refund but I think I'm 3 days too late, which is a crock. I should have actually returned it right away because there were too many things I didn't like about the design.... the cord to the controller is too short (another 12" or a remote control would be much better), the pad's shape and the configuration of the massaging balls just can't provide a good massage of the neck/ upper trapezius region unless you jack your posture into a very wrong position, it's not powerful enough to deliver a decent massage to the mid-back or lumbar region without straining the machine, the massaging balls gets too hot after about 20 min of use, and it unplugs itself too easily if you shift, which is unavoidable. In short; investing some time arranging pillows and folded towels on/under/around this massager to find a comfortable & effective configuration between body and massager, can lead to an OK massage. But it's not engineered to provide more than "a fluff and buff" massage without straining it to an excessively early demise. It might be okay for an excessively petite person or just one's extremities. Average to above average body size types who are looking to relax and have their neck or back massaged should keep scrolling.

Lasted almost exactly one great massage filled year
I bought in January of 2025 and right before Christmas it is dying (it’s making loud noises under one of the massage heads). I have loved this thing and put it through its paces. I keep throwing all my weight on it (granted I weigh 115 pounds) as I make it deeply massage my back in bed. I like to use it to massage my neck. My scalp. My jaw. My shoulder. All my sticky spots. I am forgiving it for breaking. I have really pushed it hard. I still recommend it. It’s great!!

Works Great! ..until it no longer works
Been using on and off for about 5 months. Worked really well too. Used it maybe 30 or 40 times each with about a 10 minute cycle. Lately, I noticed the massage motor getting weaker and would stop until I lifted my back off of it then would start again. Last night it just stopped and the controller buttons all turned purple... then it just shut off. I tried to start again this morning and now its DOA. Wouldn't buy again without insurance (thats if its offered).
