Good product, accurate, value for money, it's a plastic base but solve my problem and also accurate thickness can be checked. So overall good product.also got extra cell free so that's good .

It works exactly as it should for those times you need a more accurate measurement than a tape measure can give you. It is plastic and would not be my first choice for use in shop but it does what I need it to do. It comes with two batteries.

The calipers were great, I got to use them on a couple of projects, and they can easily substitute a pair of expensive ones for most projects. However, the durability of the caliper tips leaves something to be desired. After only a few uses, the tips began to show signs of wear and tear, particularly when used on harder surfaces. This might not be a big deal for light or occasional work, but it is something to keep in mind. They also come with a spare battery, which is good considering they come on automatically when you move the prongs.
